Black Cumin Seed Oil and Black Seed Oil are exactly the same thing. Although the oil is more commonly referred to as Black Seed Oil (or BSO), the longer form—Black Cumin Seed Oil—is also accurate. The oil itself comes from the (black) seeds of the Nigella sativa plant, which is also known as black cumin, so both ‘Black Seed Oil’ and ‘Black Cumin Seed Oil’ are correct names for the exact same product.
